Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Editorial Policy

SWISS DIAGNOSYS undertakes to preserve the privacy of the personal data compiled through its web services and other forms and it releases this document to inform the interested parties about its Policy to compile and disclose the gathered information. All personal information provided to SWISS DIAGNOSYS is subject to this Privacy Policy.

I. Compiled information
SWISS DIAGNOSYS can compile personal data by means of forms where this Privacy Policy is referred to. The completion of such forms is voluntary. If you give us personal information such as your name, address, telephone or email address, SWISS DIAGNOSYS may use that information to communicate with you unless you indicate otherwise. On the other hand, SWISS DIAGNOSYS compiles and uses certain statistic information obtained through its website. IV. Security measures
SWISS DIAGNOSYS takes special security measures to protect personal data, both in online and offline mediums so that the subsequent access to it shall always be under control. Only doctors and expressly authorized staff have access to such information. SWISS DIAGNOSYS authorized staff shall use passwords to have access to its protected systems and patients’ personal information. They have to enter their password every time they have access to personal ifnromation. As for the data classified with a high level of security, we save them as encrypted data with security measures according to the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection 15/1999. All the employees who have access to such information are trained in security practices and in personal data management.

V. Personal data: access, modification and cancellation.

VI. Notice of changes to this Privacy Policy
SWISS DIAGNOSYS will use the information according to the Privacy Policy in force at the time of receiving such information. However, SWISS DIAGNOSYS may change its Privacy Policy, for example, to adapt to new technologies or because of modifications in the applicable law. If SWISS DIAGNOSYS had to change its Privacy Policy, it will disclose such changes in its website and will inform the interested parties via email. If the user did not oppose the new Policy within a deadline of 30 days from the disclosure of the notice, it shall be deemed that the user has given consent to it and agrees with it. If this was not the case, the user shall send an email to privacidad@swissdiagnosys.com stating the opposition to the new Privacy Policy. There, SWISS DIAGNOSYS would refrain from using the user’s personal information according to the new Policy.

The information provided in SWISS DIAGNOSYS has been designed to support, and not to replace, the relationship between patients or visitors of this website and their doctors.  SWISS DIAGNOSYS  services described in such website are offered by means of personal consultation which you have to schedule either phoning   SWISS DIAGNOSYS    or filling in the form in the Contact page.   SWISS DIAGNOSYS   will not give an assessment or medical advice by any other means than personal consultation with the patient present in its facilities and with an appointment that had already been scheduled with its medical staff. Sending emails or forms will help to determine what sort of professional, consultation or other logistical and procedure details that may be necessary to schedule an appointment, and never to replace such appointment.

VIII. Editorial board and audit of the medical contents
This website includes information for guidance on the medical services offered by SWISS DIAGNOSYS. The information has been adapted by specialized editors so that it may be understandable enough by all audiences, particularly by patients or those who are not medical experts. In any event, the medical information of this website is supervised by an Editorial Board chaired by MD Abril-Müller, chairman of the Official Association of Doctors of the Canton of Grisons (Switzerland), graduated in Medicine by the Complutense University of Madrid, specialized in General Medicine, Associate No. 282848736 of the Official Association of Doctors of Madrid (Spain) and Associate No.7601000368751 of the Official Association of Doctors of Switzerland (FMH).

IX. Information update and rights
The information of this website will be periodically updated to adapt it to the results of the latest medical research advances. The date of the last update will appear at the bottom of every page. The source of data that may require verification will be mentioned every time such data appear.

X. Guarantee on the medical contents and lack of advertising
It is considered that the information appearing in this website related to the benefits or output of a treatment, product or service is backed by the mainly accepted medical practice. If treatments that may not be currently backed by the majority of the international medical community were mentioned, we will expressly indicate such situation and the sources that back the results of such treatments. This website does not accept and does not include any sort of advertising, either in banners or inserted in the contents.
